Struggling with Food and Body Image?
Supporting Lasting Change in Your Relationship with Food and Body
If you’re struggling with an eating disorder or negative body image, you’re not alone—and there is hope. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating, as well as improving body image. My goal is to empower you to heal from the inside out, fostering a healthy relationship with food and a positive view of your body.

With a compassionate and tailored approach, we will work together to challenge disordered eating patterns, address negative self-talk, and explore the deeper emotional roots that contribute to unhealthy behaviors. Whether you’re looking to recover from an eating disorder or enhance your body image, therapy can help you gain the tools to feel more confident, connected, and at peace with yourself.

Through my evidence-based, integrative approach, you will develop practical strategies to overcome challenges, all while learning to accept your body and embrace intuitive eating. This is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about transforming how you see yourself and living a more empowered, fulfilling life.
