I believe we can have the lives we want-but first, we need to determine what that looks like and what is standing in the way. I am passionate about supporting my clients in strengthening their self-concept and helping them build the confidence to unlock the potential for a more fulfilling life, as well as a greater sense of connectedness relationally.
My Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach involves exploring what's holding you back from having the life-and relationships- you are wanting. We'll identify needs & values, reoccurring themes, process internal & relational conflicts-it truly is a space for you to unpack & develop a greater understanding of yourself. My expertise is in working with: eating disorders, self-esteem, & relationships.
