I believe that our relationships with ourselves and the people we love have the ability to set the tone for so many other areas of our lives. It's important to be internally connected to ourselves, and to feel valued, loved, and supported by those we hold dearest.

  • Want to improve your relationship with yourself! What do I mean? Do you want to increase confidence, manage anxiety better, enhance clarity of your needs, or engage in self-care more frequently?

  • Need support in managing your relationships and communicating your needs.What do I mean? Do you struggle in setting boundaries, asking for what you need, or voicing your feelings? Do you get stuck in relationships that drain you or in situationships that leave you feeling unsatisfied with unmet needs?

  • Find yourself coping with life's challenges in unhealthy ways. What do I mean? Do you engage in disordered eating/exercise behaviors, or use impulsive behaviors to cope with challenging emotions? Ex. Buying things to "fill the void" or finding ways to escape your problems.

  • Are emotionally hurting & need support. What do I mean? Maybe you are healing from a breakup, navigating rejection/dating challenges, or feeling disconnected from your partner.

  • Going through a big life change. What do I mean? Maybe you've recently moved, changed jobs, or you & your partner are thinking of taking a next step. While some of these changes can be positive, it doesn't mean they don't come with their challenges. Talking through these feelings can be helpful.
